The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending on the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the examination and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff,then a percentile score of 90 is generally favourable for you

Even though the bill has passed there is no confirmed notification stating that from 2020 AIIMS and NEET would be merged. AIIMS is an autonomous institute and therefore it conducts its own exam. So till then, separate AIIMS and NEET exam would be conducted until any official notification release.

Ask about how much number you want to get admission in AIIMS Delhi and as mentioned that your category is SC so with this category the cutoff percentage for AIIMS for MBBS course is around 40% for st and sc category M and the percentile cutoff for the MBBS
