Dear Subhash, NEET is not an entrance examination for institutions like AIIMS, JIPMER. AIIMS has its own entrance examination for admissions into its Medical colleges. The basic registration for AIIMS will start from November 30th. 

The application form generally starts in the month of March, I would suggest you to stay tuned with the official website for the updated information.
