Admission in AIIMS, New Delhi is done through the AIIMS MBBS entrance examination and not through NEET. Hence, you will have to fill a separate application form and take a separate entrance test of AIIMS MBBS if you wish to take admission here. The cut off in 2018 for admission here through AIIMS entrance test was a rank of 53 and 99.9862634  percentile.

Dear Subhash, NEET is not an entrance examination for institutions like AIIMS, JIPMER. AIIMS has its own entrance examination for admissions into its Medical colleges. The basic registration for AIIMS will start from November 30th.
