Since the counselling for this year is not yet concluded so we cannot get finalized cut-offs for now for any of the AIIMS so I can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs of AIIMS through NEET UG. So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have good chances of getting AIIMS only if you are able to score 660+ in NEET UG 2022 being a General category candidate.
