Dear Amith, first off, AIIMS never scores Candidates' performance in marks. It gives percentiles. In 2019 under General Category, 98.1246 was considered as the cut off. All you need is to follow these steps
1.Learn from a fixed teacher:
It does not matter if you are studying using Youtube lectures or a paid coaching. Find a teacher according to your style.

It was the great college the lab equipments were very nicely arranged rooms were very clean teachers was very sweet they explained me all the things how they manage the college how the students of this college helps in the hospital canteens are well managed but some times they are very crowded gym and playing area is also nice I really loved this college I hope that I can complete my graduation from this college.
