As far as placements are concerned, you need to put a lot of efforts from your side to get it. Both the universities aren't that good in this sector.

Where should I do btech cse from Amity University Noida Or Northern Indian Engineering College Delhi for better results and placement ?

If you are sure you want to do B.Tech in CSE, then you should choose Amity, Noida over NIEC, Delhi due to its better exposure and placement. Amity is far better than NIEC.
