According, to eligibility criteria you should have minimum 60% in class X & XII with minumum 70% in PCM for Non-sponsered & 65 % for Sponsored Category for CSE branch.

If you want to go for distance/open course then IGNOU would be better as this is a Govt university so it has more value as well. But before you take admission anywhere, kindly consider your interest and convenience.
