Hi
No, only class 12th syllabus is not enough for BHU entrance exam.
This is because,
In your BHU entrance exam, questions are there from both class 11 and class 12th dear and thus you need to study and prepare both class 11th and 12th syllabus for BHU entrance exam.
Also,
you can make routine or timetable to prepare in a better way and, your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice
And after u finish each chapter you should practice questions
Solve previous year BHU Entrance EXAM questions :-it will let you know the examination pattern, type and difficulty level of questions etc
THANK YOU

Hi Chinmay,
First of all I want to mention that for getting into B.Arch into any of the IITs you have to qualify JEE Advance along with AAT Exam.
Now, coming on to the preferred IIT in B.Arch stream I would probably rate IIT KHARAGPUR first, then IIT Roorkee and finally IIT BHU based on their placements and on their respective NIRF 2020 Rankings.
I hope that you have now got a fair idea of the colleges, but at the same time you also have to work very hard for getting into these IITs. Wish you all the best for your Preparations!!

You should probably go with KGMU that you got through State quota in 1st round within. As the college provides a better exposure with much better faculties. The college is much good be it in terms of ranking ,exposure, faculties or infrastructure.Though BHU is also good enough, but you should opt for KGMU
Honestly, I had a good time being a part of this college. Since I used to live in the campus Girls' Hostel, it became even more memorable. Hostel was quite inexpensive and very spacious. Usually, there were a lot of College Festivals that took place in IIT BHU and trust me it was one of the best experiences. Late-night walks, the beautiful environment and the calmness of the campus often felt like heaven. Ghats of Varanasi were cherry on the top.
The college has a very good infrastructure but hostel facilities are not excellent but can be considered fine 1. Classroom facilities are good and improving and digitalised 2. Very good library facilities both in central library and in institute library 3. Wifi is available but issues occur in the wifi 4. Hostel food not so hygienic but comparatively fine
The BHU campus is exquisite, its a mix of tradition and modernity, spreading across 1300 acres. The campus has Sayaji Rao Gaekwad central library, where students can find enormous numberof books and digital resources as it is equipped with cyber section as well. For those interested in sports, it has an indoor gymansium, swimming pool and large playgrounds. It has many seminar halls, auditoriums and a amphitheatre for all sorts of events. It has students health centre and hospitals to help students 24 x 7. there are cafterias and atms for the convenience and the campus also give the wifi facility.
