College Infrastructure

BHU has a very impressive infrastructure with a vast, green campus , well equipped libraries, decent classrooms and hostels. However some older buildings need maintenance and wifi access can be patchy. Overall, it's a solid blend of tradition and modernity.

Bhu overall has been a good choice for my higher studies.

Giving a review for my college felt very good.

College Infrastructure

From day one, the professors here have been incredibly approachable—whether you’re wrestling with spectroscopy or organic mechanisms, they make complex topics click. Our labs are well‑equipped, and senior students readily share tips, so you never feel stuck. The campus is a green oasis: banyan‑lined pathways, the iconic Vishwanath precinct, and peaceful lawns perfect for group study or a quick break by the canal. Pros Engaged, friendly faculty Hands‑on lab work Lush, historic campus Cons Only one major departmental fest per year Central Library fills up fast during exams If you value strong academics and a serene campus, BHU Chemistry is a great fit—just don’t expect a nonstop festival scene.

kya clat ke basis p bhu mai B.A.L.L.B mai admission mil skta h

Hello Anushka,

Yes, admission to B.A. LL.B. at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is based on the CLAT exam.

  • BHU considers CLAT scores for its B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 5-year integrated law program.

  • You must apply through the CLAT counseling process and select BHU as a preferred college.

  • Final admission will depend on your CLAT rank, category, and seat availability during counseling.

Make sure to participate in CLAT counseling and meet BHU’s eligibility and cutoff requirements.

Can I get direct admission in IMS BHU for bpt course as I had appeared in neet UG 2025 exam

Hello,

You cannot get direct admission to the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course at IMS BHU.

Admissions to undergraduate courses at BHU, including BPT, are based on the CUET-UG exam, not NEET UG scores.

To get admission in BPT at IMS BHU, you need to:

  1. Appear for CUET-UG exam.

  2. Get the required score in CUET-UG.

  3. Participate in BHU counselling.

  4. Meet the eligibility criteria set by BHU.

Make sure to check the official BHU notifications for the latest admission details.

Hope it helps !

Bsc HONOURS Mathematics from BHU, VARANASI OR SHIVNADAR UNIVERSITY GREATER NOIDA ? Need HONEST REVIEW WHICH UNIVERSITY IS BEST FOR BSC MATHEMATICS STUDENT'S FUTURE

Hello there,

Here's an honest comparison between BHU Varanasi and Shiv Nadar University (SNU) for B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics :

BHU, Varanasi

  • Established Reputation : One of India’s oldest and most prestigious universities.

  • Strong Faculty : Well-experienced professors in pure and applied mathematics.

  • Research Opportunities : Good for students aiming for higher studies (M.Sc./PhD).

  • Fees : Very affordable (government funded).

  • Crowd : Diverse and academically focused peer group.

  • Drawback : Less industry exposure or internships for UG students.

Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Greater Noida

  • Modern Curriculum : Interdisciplinary approach, updated teaching methods.

  • Industry Exposure : Better internship opportunities, global linkages.

  • Faculty : Highly qualified, including PhDs from top institutes.

  • Infrastructure : World-class labs, classrooms, campus.

  • Fees : Much higher than BHU (private university).

  • Drawback : Newer university, less academic legacy compared to BHU.

Which is best for your future?

  • If your goal is research or academics (IISc, IITs, foreign MS/PhD): BHU is better due to academic depth, low cost, and traditional rigor.

  • If your goal is diverse opportunities, industry exposure, or a flexible learning environment: Shiv Nadar University is better .

Final Tip : If cost is not an issue and you want a modern, globally connected education go for SNU .

If you're looking for strong academics, prestige, and value for money choose BHU .
