DSMNRU admission to Diploma, undergraduate, and Postgraduate programs will be done through AIOTA of RCI/ or Academic Merit and Weightage as decided by the University for various Programs/ Entrance Examination (Teaching Aptitude, General Studies/ JEE/ UPSEE) conducted by the University. Candidates who fulfill the criteria will be eligible for DSMNRU Lucknow admission.

DSMNRU Diploma Admissions 2024
Dr Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow offers a Diploma in D.Ed. Special Education (Visual Impairment & Hearing Impairment). It is a 2-year full-time diploma course to assist students in becoming competent professional teachers.

Special Education (VI & HI), BPO, BASLP, BA (Hindi, English, History, Economics, Political, Science, and Sociology), B.Com, B.B.A. (Self-Finance), B. Com. L.L.B (Hons.), Bachelor of Visual Art (Painting/ Applied Art/ Sculpture), B. Tech. It is a 3-year full-time UG course to assume responsibilities as a professional, management, and teaching at a basic level

Dr Shakuntala Misra University Admission Process for UG
For DSMNRU admission for UG, a candidate who has qualified any entrance test conducted by the State or Central Agency with 40% marks shall be eligible for interview and admission. The admission for BTech will be done through All India JEE (Mains conducted by N.T.A.)/ UPSEE and/or University Entrance Examination.
The candidates who meet the Dr Shakuntala Misra University Cutoff will be eligible to appear for the personal interview.

Our curriculum was updated with all recent developments in fields,

the college has all the facilities, and necessary infrastructure and equipment , though i was a law student we had nothing to do with equipments , but other departments had all required equipments, ,,
Placements
There's was no campus placement in our course as most of the students aspire to become independent legal practitioner .and many of them became successful in achieving their dream ,some joined corporate sector.
Value For Money
My course fees was 60,000/year

academics are good in the university and the quality of teaching is quite average, the teachers are well qualified and the curriculum is well updated every year according to recent developments and industry requirement in the filed.
College Infra
the university have old infrastructure but well maintained , the university have all necessary facilities and equipment, like wifi projectors in classrooms , all major sports centers etc. the living spaces are also good the mess is average but hygienic.
Campus Life
campus life is also average in this university
Placements
placements are quite average in this university for BA there is moreover no placements for BA because most of students prepare for higher studies, but the staffs and teachers are very supportive is any process even highest package of universitiy is 9 lakh per annum

can say that value for money because of academics you get in this money is also good

What I experienced till now is that btech classes is not sufficient to be ready for placement. There is minimal use of labs . There is no classes that enhance the skills of students. Just assignment, files , exam .
College Infra
Infrastructure is quite nice but there is lack of smart boards ,WiFi , and management. But University is beautiful by looks that you will fall in love with it in first sight but regret after that maybe.
Campus Life
Campus life is not as expected . People don't involve in activities rather than this they involve in politics and poke their nose into others buisness. Location is quite ok . Haven't seen any emergency situation but I think it can handle it
Placements
Till now what I have heard from my seniors, placement is not good for us in campus . Package is also not so good maximum 3-4 lac . Also not so much job recruitment for development role in on campus placement
Value For Money
For other courses it's quite worth it but for btech I don't think so . Other colleges might be better for btech. But for disabled person and other courses it's the best university in uttar pradesh. Also disabled person can get artificial limb in free of cost

Placements depends on faculty and performance of the students. Placements for Science field , for BSC ,in computer science, msc, 80% of students get placed .
For B. Com and B.com LLB placements are average, in Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University. Students scoring high get good placements.
