when you passed a degree course you can get the degree certificate of hard copy from the college from where you did appear for the exam. you need to go to the university from where you have passed BLIS course to get the certificate.

Go to your college site and then search for the application form for provisional certificate.Take a printout of the application form. Fill up the form. Give the application forms and a print out of fee receipt in the regional office. You'll get the provisional degree certificate in one week.
