Gujarat Ayurved University oversees three distinct hostels: one for male students, one for female students, and another specifically designated for international scholars. The boys' hostel comprises 110 single-bed rooms, while the girls' hostel offers 58 rooms. The International Scholar's Hostel, tailored to accommodate foreign visitors, provides 22 rooms with amenities such as air-conditioning, attached pantries, and other essential provisions. Additionally, married postgraduate and Ph.D. scholars can be accommodated in available residential quarters.

Gujarat Ayurved University. campus boasts five well-established botanical gardens that cover an expansive area of nearly 10 acres. Additionally, there is another substantial garden spanning approximately 35 acres, situated approximately 25 km from the main campus in Sasoi village. The Gujarat Ayurved University operates an Ayurvedic pharmacy that produces medications following traditional formulations intended for use in University Hospitals. This pharmacy also serves as the source for specialized research drugs required for clinical studies and the hospital's needs.

Gujarat Ayurved University central library houses an extensive assortment of over 30,000 books encompassing various subjects. Furthermore, the library possesses a substantial archive of rare handwritten manuscripts, numbering approximately 7,644, with approximately 500 of them dedicated to the field of Ayurvedic Science.
