I got 317 in neet UG ,my all india rank is 396965 and cat rank 183182 .I am from bihar and I am obc ,. Is any possibility toh grt college in bams aur bds ???

With a NEET score of 317 and an All India Rank of around 3,96,965, you definitely have some chances, especially because you are from Bihar and belong to the OBC category. For BDS, it might be tough to get a government seat at this score, as BDS cutoffs for OBC are usually higher in Bihar. But you can still get a private BDS seat if you apply through state counselling. In mop-up or spot rounds, sometimes private dental seats are available even at this rank.

350s is below typical general category cutoffs for private MBBS seats.
Only realistic route is through management/NRI quota in lower-tier colleges with high fees.
Government seats are highly unlikely .

As a telangana domicile student what all states in south india i can apply for in management quota and what will be the b cat fee in each South Indian state and then karnataka and Kerala have closed their registration process and when will the registration open again for these 2 states

States you can apply in (B-category/management quota):
Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry. All allow non-domicile students for private colleges.

Approx MBBS fees (per year):

Telangana: Rs. 12–15 lakh
Andhra Pradesh: Rs. 12–18 lakh
Karnataka: Rs. 15–20 lakh
Tamil Nadu: Rs. 15–22 lakh
Kerala: Rs. 7–8.5 lakh

Karnataka registration:
Closed in Feb 2025. Likely to reopen for mop-up/stray rounds in June–July 2025.

Kerala registration:
Closed in March 2025. Stray round expected in June–July 2025. Dates not announced yet.

I have not attended the CAT 2025 exam, can I still apply for BTECH MARINE ENGINEERING at CUSAT?

Hello Abhishek,

No, you cannot take admission into B. Tech Marine Engineering at CUSAT if you do not take the CAT 2025 exam. CUSAT CAT is a mandatory exam for admission into all undergraduate programs including B Tech Marine Engineering. Admission to the program will only be possible for candidates with valid CAT scores.

cat ke pahle or koe exam dena hoga

No you do not need to give any other exam before appearing for CAT. CAT is a direct entrance exam for MBA and PGDM courses mainly in IIMs and other top business schools in India. You just need to have a graduation degree or be in your final year of graduation to be eligible. There is no requirement to clear any other test before taking CAT. You can register for it when the application form is out usually around August and then appear for the exam in November.

Hi aspirant,

CAT 2024 Slot 1 , held on November 24 , 2024 , was widely regarded as being of easy to moderate difficulty , and significantly easier than CAT 2023 .

The total number of questions increased from 66 to 68, mostly due to two new questions in the DILR section, and there were no para jumbles in VARC.
VARC was rated as intermediate , with an emphasis on reading comprehension.
DILR , despite the increased number of questions , was generally seen as simpler than the previous year , with a combination of 4- and 5-question sets.
Quantitative Aptitude was likewise evaluated as easier than CAT 2023, with a heavy emphasis on Arithmetic and Algebra .

CAT is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for admission to:

21 IIMs (e.g., IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta) Over 1,200 B-schools across India (like FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, IMT, etc.).

Key features:

Exam name- CAT( common admission test)

Conducting body- One of the IIMs

Level- National

Mode- Online ( computer based test)

Duration- 2 hours

For each correct answer you'll be given +3 marks and for each wrong answer there is negative marking of +1, there will be no penalty for unattempted questions.

Eligibility: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD).

Final year students can also apply.

Yes you can obtain the notes for all sections of cat 2025 exam. Many coaching centers and online platforms offer structured study materials, including notes, that cover Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR).

While using the readily available notes you should also create your own notes based on you understanding of topics and practice questions.
