You will become eligible in 2025 i. e for UPSC 2025

This is because,

To be  eligible ,you  need to  be at least  21  years  old  as on 1st August of the year of appearing for UPSC examination and with your mentioned date of birth on  you will be 21 years old on 7th March 2025 i. e before 1st August 2025 . So, You will become eligible in 2026 i. e for UPSC 2025

For your reference , UPSC eligibility  criteria is provided below:-

***** You  must  have  a  bachelor's  degree in any discipline    from a  recognised university.

IGNOU is a recognised open board so you will be eligible with it and yes you can definitely score well in upsc, it completely depends upon the amount of effort you put it towards upsc preparation

*****Minimum  age  limit :-  you  need to  be at least  21  years  old   to be  eligible as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form .

*****Maximum  age  limit :-  32 years , also there's 3  year  relaxation on upper age limit for  obc and of  5 years  for sc/st category.

********Attempt limit:- The maximum of times one can appear in UPSC is given below category wise :-

• General/ EWS - 6

• OBC or  General PwD - 9

• SC/ ST - No limit ,   can appear till upper age limit .

Your UPSC civil services examination consists of three stages

*****prelims exam :- it is objective paper and is of qualifying nature , so you just  need to at least qualify it to be eligible for mains examination, the score /marks obtained by you in your prelims examination is not added up or used in your final merit. Your prelims exam consist of 2 papers: -

You get 2 hours for each paper

*****Mains exam. :- it is descriptive /written examination . There are a total of 9 papers  which are listed below:-

-------) optional II

The compulsory indian language and english are qualifying in nature . You just need to qualify them. The marks obtained by you in these two papers will not be counted towards merit list.

*****Interview :- After qualifying mains, you have to go through interview round, and it is more of test of your personality rather than knowledge.

A pharmacy degree is not necessary to open a medical store on the retail level. With the proper licensing and permission from the state's drug control office, anybody can open a retail pharmacy. However, the proprietor should hire a licensed pharmacist (D.Pharm. or B.Pharm. degree required for registered pharmacist licensee) to handle the pharmaceutical distribution.

IGNOU does not provide a D.Pharm programme in open/distance mode; instead, it is a standard 2-year on-campus diploma. To become a registered pharmacist in India, one must complete a Doctor of Pharmacy (D.Pharm) degree programme from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and associated with a university or state department of medical education. Any degree earned through a correspondence course was not accepted by PCI for purposes of registration.

Therefore, if you hold a PGDPSM of IGNOU and wish to open up a medical store yourself without hiring pharmacist, you cannot do so without obtaining a degree from a PCI approved institution.

The eligibility criteria for studying MSc Food Nutrition in IGNOU is graduate degree in Home Science specialization in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition or graduate (B.Sc.) or equivalent (MBBS, BHHS etc) from the following background – Home Science/ Food Science and Technology, Life Science, Microbiology Medical, Pharmaceutical, Catering along with the DNHE or CNCC or CFN offered by IGNOU. Candidates with PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition are also eligible for this course.

Till now IGNOU hasn't announced its BEd entrance exam schedule officially, the exam is conducted in bilingual that is English and Hindi in online mode with no negative marking scheme for a duration of two hours, NTA is the conducting authority regarding this, you can stay updated at the official website at ignou.ac.in for more details regarding this.

Indira Gandhi National Open University is known as ignou. It is an accredited university in India, and a PhD from ignou is recognised as legitimate. To apply for admission, you must do so online. Why do you want to do a course along with the MBBS, makes this answer vary. If its for your knowledge update and you just want to study them, then go for any of it. If you wish to do so, in order to get some future benefits, then there is not at all influence of this courses with your career as a doctor. If you want to go for the Psychiatry then MD in Psychiatric Medicine, will provide you sufficient knowledge about Psychology. So there not much of influence in terms of career. But if you want to choose between them, then I would suggest you to go for the BA psychology, because as a doctor, understanding Psychology can be really helpful for you, when you will a practitioner dealing with patients. It might not have direct influence to your career, but indirectly knowing psychology can be really a benefit for a practitioner.
