Hello,
Firstly IGNOU is a recognized university, and the degree it offers is valid for the purpose of higher education and government exams, now coming to your question, as from your profile it seems you're an arts aspirant in graduation, the eligibility criteria for AFCAT Flying Branch is passed 10+2 from a recognized board having studied maths and physics securing 50% marks in each at 10+2 level, also candidates need to have 60% aggregate in graduation also which can be from any discipline from a recognized university, the age limit is 20 to 24 years regarding this, if you haven't studied the required subject with its respective aggregate at 10+2 level then you're not eligible for this post,
you won't be eligible for ground duty technical branch as engineering graduates can only apply regarding this,
however if you have secured 60% in graduation, and fall within the age limit of 20 to 26 years then you can apply for administration/logistics branch, check out the complete details at https://afcat.cdac.in/AFCAT/CareerAsPerBranches.html

next, the online registration process is quite simple, once the online registration commences at https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/, you need to visit the site, and register by providing your name, password username, email id, mobile number etc, further login credentials will be sent to your registered contact details, after which you need to sign and provide the relevant information pertaining to personal details, academic qualifications, program details, and other essential information, upload the required documents in prescribed format, and pay the requisite fees through debit card/credit card/internet banking whatever is convenient for you, finally take a print out of few copies for future references,
check out our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/ignou-registration to know more details regarding this.
IGNOU provides excellent online study material, e-content, recorded lectures, and digital libraries, which make studying flexible and convenient. The learning environment suits students who prefer self-study or are working professionals, but it lacks the typical campus experience.
IGNOU is a national open university where students study on their own, as it does not provide regular physical classes they can only provide online classes. However, when i visited their office, i found that the facility were quite basic.
College infrastructure was average. Because they are open university. Students can study from from. I am going to ignou office only some official work and assignment submission. Basic amenities are also not available.
