which is better university ignou or makaut?

If you are comparing both the universities than MAKAUT is better. It has AAAA ratings which means very good. MAKAUT has better placements.

Hi, BBA from IGNOU cannot guarantee you job.
Try to get admission in regular and then seek for job. Do not focus on correspondence studies after 12th if you can go for regular studies.

Giving nice institutes for practical classes and good faculty who teaches well. For technical courses these are some good perks. Decent labs and classes overall and also depends on your study center .

College Infrastructure

IGNOU has a large and well-planned main campus in New Delhi that reflects its status as India’s biggest open university. The headquarters is spread over a vast area with administrative blocks, academic buildings, a central library, auditoriums, and research centres. The campus environment is generally calm and organised, giving it a serious academic feel rather than a lively college vibe. Facilities like libraries, computer labs, and seminar halls are functional and suited for academic and administrative work. However, since IGNOU mainly follows a distance-learning model, most students do not regularly use the main campus. The real experience depends heavily on regional and study centres, which vary in quality. Some centres are well maintained with clean classrooms, computer facilities, and helpful staff, while others have limited infrastructure and fewer amenities. Campus life, hostels, and extracurricular activities are minimal compared to regular universities. IGNOU’s infrastructure is designed more for accessibility and scale than for student life. It successfully supports millions of learners across the country but does not offer a traditional campus experience. Overall, IGNOU provides adequate and purposeful infrastructure for open learning, though students looking for a vibrant campus culture may find it limited.
