Definitely you can apply for IGNOU MA programme as the minimum eligibility criteria for IGNOU MA programme is- candidate must be a graduate with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university.

It's true that the candidate register themselves for the admission process in the IGNOU University get study materials from the university through the centre which is useful for them in order to clear their respective examination papers.
