First of all if you can access your study materials through egyankosh at http://egyankosh.ac.in/ , you have to submit your assignments prior to appearing for the exam which you can access at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/assignments/bcom_a&f.htm, go through IGNOU study materials and previous year papers at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/Pre-Question/ , these are more than enough to score good marks in the exam.

if you are in final year degree ,yes you can write the lawcet exam.but make sure that your final exams completes and you get a certificate during the counselling of lawcet where they are you to provide required certificates.

also,the other required eligibility criteria is that the :

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from any discipline and from a State or Central University.

Candidates belonging to General/ OBC category must have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam

Candidates of SC/ST category are required to have a minimum of 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam.

The documents required for the admission process in M.A IGNOU 2021 are as follows

• A recent photograph
• 10th result
• 12th result
• Graduation degree
• Undergraduate result
• Experience certificate
• Your signature
• Age proof

You need all these documents after your name is appeared in the merit list and you have to submit all these documents at the time of admission.

IGNOU gives direct admission to all the applicants,you just need to fill the application form and have to wait till the application process ends, after that you will get the notification for the next processes.

Also you need a graduation degree that's the only minimum requirement for the eligibility criteria.

There is no news regarding starting of classes. But last year induction program was conducted by 20th April 2020 for freshers. You should look into official website of college for getting up to date news and announcements.

IGNOU is a government accredited distance education university and is a trusted organization. The degree from IGNOU are valid in all over India as well as foreign countries. However,  the scope after graduation from IGNOU is limited as compared to graduation in regular mode. Also, you might be asked for a consent from American Psychological Association or any other recognized psychological organization to ensure your degree.

And Delhi university also offers MA in psycholoy- 2years in regular mode. Check it here:
