Yes, JNU offers MA in Geography. Applicant interested for getting into the course needs to appear for an entrance exam conducted by JNU. M.A (Geography) entrance exam has 4 units. Geomorphology, Climatology, Oceanography, and Biogeography are the main topics covered under Unit I. Unit II covers topics like Human Geography, Regional Geography, and Physical Geography of India. Unit III mainly comprises of questions on Cartography where as Unit IV covers questions on Statistical Methods. In total there are 100 questions.

Yes, JNU conducts entrance exam for B.A in foreign language. The test is conducted in English language and is a CBT(computer based test) which is in online mode. The 10 different languages offered by JNU for B.A in foreign languages are divided into 3 clusters

: French, German, Spanish, Russian
2
: Japanese, Korean, Chinese
3
: Persian, Arabic, Pashto
Candidates may opt for three languages from two clusters or three languages from within the same group. The entrance test for this program is a standard test that will be carried along with the B.A entrance test for 3 Clusters mentioned above.
The syllabus would cover Questions concerning general knowledge, artificial language, general English, and language aptitude.
