There is no specific book for preparing for JNU entrance examination.You can download past year question papers to get and idea of what type of questions are being asked.Also there are lots of books by different publications available online by which you can get an idea of how to prepare with sample questions and solutions.

But the College does not offer MSc Mathematics.

JNUEE is not very tough Exam, You can prepare it yourself. Here are some preparation tips you can follow for the exam preparation.

Go through with the previous year papers as it will help you to know the level of the questions.

If you are planning to apply for Graduation programme then revise your class 11th & 12th syllabus. Make the notes & note down the important points during your study.

You can also check the topics asked in the exam for the programme you are going to apply.

You cannot take MA directly without doing a BA.
You will have to finish undergraduation in BA first. But there is the option of some colleges that offer a dual/sandwich degree in which you'll get both MA and BA (less than the usual five years).
If these colleges have that option, it would be a wise choice to get enrolled into those.

Make sure to go through all the portions of your 11th and 12th thoroughly. A good foundation of concepts from higher secondary is the key to clearing any entrance exam.
If you are a cbse students go through NCERT properly. It should be more than enough to secure you a good rank.
If you are aiming for higher rank than use books prepared for entrance tests.
I would suggest HC Verma for physics and RD Sharma for Math.

Yes you can apply for M.A. in German in JNU. As the eligibility criteria says that, for admissions in M.A German, candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern securing at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in the German language. As you are doing a course in German language, so it will be an advantage for you.

There is a basic eligibility for every candidate that they must have to satisfy. For admissions in M.A English and Linguistics, candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern with at least 50% marks in aggregate. The syllabus covers topics from Language, grammar, translations, short essays and society, culture and literature of language origin country, literary movements and their features, third world Literature, contemporary British Literature, relationship between Literature and visual arts and whatever you've studied in your UG course.
