As per rules, B.tech aspirant should apply for the course at least after hos 12th equivalent passing exam or 3 years after diploma completed.
So in your case time has been long passed,i regret to say that you won't be able to do it.
JNU offering B.tech only in computer scoence stream, on has to appear in JEE exam to get in JNU.

The dual degree or integrated course in JNU syllabus is as follows for Btech chemical but for this you have to take JEE entrance exam.

Eligibility in JNU is varies for UG and PG programs and also on the basis of streams .So, Eligibility criteria to get admission in JNU is a candidate must have completed 10+2 with minimum 45% For B. A(H) Arts. You can check the eligibility criteria for your preferred course in the link provided below:

It's not just for JNU but for any University, in general, when it is a regular course, you are expected to attend the college and study. But if a working employee wants to take admission in JNU as a regular student, he/she has to join College as a regular student. There are evening colleges in JNU and they are part time. So, either you have to pursue these courses through Distance mode or quit work and join College.

as you have already done b.ed from utter pradesh institution, its certify that you have already done your graduation courses. however jnu has entrance test for post graduate admission. some courses on m.a needs only graduation in any discipline. there is also ceeb entrance test is conducts by jnu for msc, msc in agriculture and m.tech admission. you may follow the below link to know about the exam details.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that Jawaharlal Nehru University does not provide M.Ed course as of now. There are other good universities that provide the course. I am sharing a list of few good M.Ee offering colleges with you. You can check them out once.

If you want to do MA in German language form JNU then you need to have 50% in your UG degree and that will make you eligible to appear for entrance exam conducted by JNU.
JNU has a total of 23 seats for MA in German. 8 seats are for German literature students and the rest 15 for translation students.
You can go through past year question papers to get and idea of the exam.

So..yah JNU doesn't offer the undergraduate programme in Political science .But you can for M.A in political science.

College Infrastructure
JNU offers decent academic infrastructure with spacious classrooms, a central library, language labs, and good internet connectivity. While some buildings feel old, greenery and open spaces make it pleasant. For BA French, the School of Language facilities are well-equipped, fostering a comfortable learning environment. Maintenance could be more consistent in hostels.
