Hello Aspirant,

See it is little bit difficult to suggest an exact cut-off marks for BDS seat in KGMU because cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in UP then  if you have score of around 530-540 to secure a seat in BDS in KGMU for Home state quota, the reason being is in year 2018 the lowest cut-off marks was 525 for BDS seat in KGMU under Home State quota for General category.

You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 558 marks you hold a good chance to get a seat in  a government

For example,
in neet 2019, 528 marks for sc category got an mbbs seat in   King George Medical University, Lucknow under UP state quota

Hi, you are scoring good marks and according to your marks your all india neet rank will be around 3487-5137 . Talking about cutoff last year least marks to secure a seat in king george medical college from your category under 85% state quota was 629 marks and cut-off changes every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category. So according to that your chances of getting a seat in kgmu is low.
You have fair chances in colleges like
Motilal Nehru medical college
Lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical college
Dr Ram Manohar Lohia institute of medical sciences etc

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

If you belong to Bihar and want to study in KGMC, you should try under All India Counselling. And in 2019, under State Quota, 620 was the cut off for KGMC under General Category. And so if you belong to General Category, then a seat in KGMC with a score of 620 is difficult. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you do have fair chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
