what will I have to do if through aiq I get bhu in round2 and through state quota I get kgmu in rouun 1 being up obc domicile

You should probably go with KGMU that you got through State quota in 1st round within.As the college provides a better exposure with much better faculties.The college is much good be it in terms of ranking ,exposure,faculties or infrastructure.Though BHU is also good enough,but you should opt for KGMU
