The emergence of new pathogens, environmental changes and the developments of modern biotechnology offer both threats and opportunities to world food production. Globalization of food has impacted on lifestyle in most parts of the world both positively and negatively. The study of food science and technology aims to develop internationally minded people whose enhanced understanding of food science and technology can facilitate the development of creative and appropriate solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass 10+2 exam or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate in five subjects, of which English, Chemistry, and Biology are compulsory with the best four subjects from the rest.

- Admission will be on the basis of University norms and as per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
