Try in vacancy seats which NLU assam will display on there websites after 6th July, contact authorities directly and u can get seat,but in CLAT allotment you can't get seat in nlujaa, Guwahati

Definitely NLU Assam is not that good as far as academics and placements are concerned our Univeraity is not like old nlus like NLSIU and NALSAR, but it is a university where you will find

Considering your rank you do not seem to have any chance for admission in any of the NLUs if you belong to the general category. The only government colleges which consider CLAT marks for admissions are NLUs. Reat government colleges have their own entrances and admission procedures.

VIPS college is 3rd positioned college of IP university whereas NLU assam is the lowest college if we see in accordance to the clat exam. What i think is you should go with the NLU as it is NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY and if it is convienient and nearest

Please do NOT join the lower ranked NLUs (anything after GNLU/HNLU).
It’s better to join a good law college in Delhi or Mumbai (or even Bangalore and Pune) than study in the lower ranked NLUs.

The campus are very large in size and the buildings are newly Built so they are also good .I like the infrastructure as well as the campus. And it's located outside the city so the peace here I get I will never get anywhere else

Best infrastructure with modern equipments. I would request aspirants not to go according to old article and make a prejudice against NLU Assam. They are all 2014 articles amd post. From 2014 to 2020 NLUA has risen and now standing among top law institutions.
Pleasant and worth the money.

College Infrastructure
One of the best campuses in India. NLU Assam has two big buildings and a separate building for library. Classes are air conditioned, spacious with a podium and all digital equipments fixed like smart boards . There is a sports complex under construction as of now. WiFi in the campus and hostels. Very well maintained. Living spaces are clean, however the quality of hostel food is low. Nonetheless, food is edible and there are shops nearby.
