NLU Assam (NLUJAA) placement cell also provides training to the students on personality development and communication skills and helps them prepare better for the recruitment process. NLUJAA placement cell also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practise and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test. NLU Assam (NLUAA) Placement process

• The Training and Placement Cell sends invitations to recruiting companies for campus recruitment.

• National Law University and Judicial Academy Placement Cell then fix the dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Interested students have to register their names and share their respective resumes with the NLUJAA placement cell.

• Students are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.

• Eligible candidates also have to appear and qualify the written test, group discussion and interview round.

• After clearing the written test, students have to qualify the group discussion round where they have to speak on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students

• Further, students have to clear various rounds of Interviews.

• Based on the performance of students of NLUJAA in the written test, GD round and interview students will be offered placements in different companies with varying salary packages.
