Srm institute of technology and science has released the phase 1 result for BTech 2021. The result will be update on the official website of sem and that srmist.edu.in Candidates need to enter their registered email id and password to check their SRMJEE result 2021. Candidates should not that the result details will be intimated by srmjee authorities through email. The result will contain details like candidates name, application number, percentile score ,rank etc.

Biotechnology in this college is one of the most costliest ones. As per my knowledge it is not at useful for any research stuff. Because of the poor staff and research you won't get any help to do projects. Coming to the fees it is presently 4.5 L per annum and if it's ROI factor is considered ,it has really poor ROI.  The packages are mostly in bulk recruiters which 2-3 L per annum. Actually in any private college , I would suggest bsc + msc in biotechnology would be a better line and better course to invest since it requires less amount of money and it will not harm your pocket in and after studies.

BTech biotechnology  is a full time four year course degree offered by it srm institute of science and technology,chennai. The selection is done on the basis of jee entrance exam.

The eligibility criteria is as follows-

Passed in 10+2 or equivalent examination or should be appearing in the current year with physics , chemistry, mathematics or biology as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India,cbse ,isc ,nios.

If I had to consider only on the basis of reasearch then according to me bsc or BTech and then you should apply for gate if you really want to go all out in research field. But if not then bsc+msc would be a better option.

Coming to the choice of college part, see in terms of research and its outreach srm,vit vellore and manipal are far better than sathyabama ,amrita and Ramachandra University.

So, you can choose any college between these three as it would be beneficial for you in the long term goal.

B.tech biotechnology at SRM university is good with good faculty , infrastructure and facility but the placement of biotechnology is not that much good here , mainly sale or marketing companies visit for placement.

No, there is no provision to appear for SRMJEEE phase 2 if you haven't appeared for phase 1 exam. As per the instructions available in the instructions manual if a candidate has missed to appear for phase 1 exam on the specified date and time she/he may contact the University Management so that they can reschedule the exam. So you may contact the University helpdesk

As per the information available in the instructions booklet if a candidate failed to appear for the exam on the selected date and time she/he may contact the University Management and they shall allot another slot. So there is no provision to appear for phase 2 if you have failed to appear in phase 1 but you can appear for the exam as per the slot given by the University. You can contact the helpdesk from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm except on holidays

The mock test for SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 will be conducted on May 20, 2021 and May 21, 2021. For phase 1 the mock test will be conducted once only. It is mandatory to appear for mock test in order to take the actual test. If the candidate fails to appear for mock test then he/she will not be allowed to appear for actual test. Likewise, mock test will be conducted for phase 2 on July 23rd and 24th so if you have applied for SRMJEEE 2021 Phase 2 you need to again appear for mock test. There is no specific time to appear for mock test, you can take the mock test at any time on the specified dates.

As per the information available online, I would arrange them in the following order(here the course structure and the greater possibility of getting a job is considered):

1. Btech Biotechnology in srm University
2. bsc+MSc biotechnology in VIT
3. btech biotechnology in sathyabma University
4. BSc Biotechnology in Amrita University
5. bsc biotechnology in manipal University

If you are aspiring to do job after your bachelors then go for BTech courses and if you aspire to go for research or advanced studies then I would say BS-MS is more preferable. If you want to study MS from different institute then you can go for BS.
