Firstly, Both SRM and KIIT are Deemed universities. So if you are getting both the colleges then congratulations.

Now, both the colleges are reputed colleges and are considered as top colleges after your Iits and Nits.

College Infrastructure

SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Chennai has one of the most impressive campuses I've seen among private engineering colleges in India. The classrooms are well-equipped with smart boards and projectors, and the laboratories have modern equipment that is regularly maintained. The library has a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources — you can easily spend hours there. The Wi-Fi connectivity across campus is decent, though it can get slow during peak hours in the hostels. The sports facilities including the cricket ground, basketball courts, and gym are well-maintained and accessible to students. The annexure Campus is very Beautiful and it rarely hot there which will be a surprise because of people thinking that chennai is hot. The Main campus is also being renovated one by one and many Buildings are made for research.
