SRM dates are over 2 round counseling are completed and tomorrow on 27th of August 3rd round is there. So you can take admissions next year or look for other competitive exams.

UPES and SRM are a good comparison, but you cant clearly say that one is definitely better than the other. Its rather a close call.

Why SRM :

SRM have a better crowd and living atmosphere, better college life, more exposure and better teaching as compared to UPES. Another plus

SRM college is quite popular for its placements in terms of CSE. Also, there are many facilities available there such as wifi, computer labs, IT section etc. However all these facilities are available in jaypee Institute also, but at the end it all depends on the placement opportunities provided
