MAHE Manipal M.Tech 2025
ApplyNAAC A++ Accredited | Accorded institution of Eminence by Govt. of India | NIRF Rank #4
Hello,
If you have scored this rank in the first phase then you have chances to get cyber security specialisation branch in the computer science domain. But if you have got this rank in phase 2 or phase 3 then it would be a bit difficult to get in the cse and it's specialisation.
You still have chances to get in Big data analytics branch in phase 2 but in phase 3 there are meagre chances to get the branch.
Hello student,
This particular college offers b.tech and several other courses in various engineering disciplines and if you want to know about what you are saying regarding any particular branch do mention more details regarding it. For more details you can visit https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.careers360.com/university/srm-institute-of-science-and-technology-chennai/amp
Dear aspirant,
Looking at the previous year cut-offs, we can say that you have a really good chance of getting CSE in the main campus. As there is no official details regarding this, we can analyze the previous year trends and say that a rank of below 2 k will assure you a seat in the main campus. Check out more details about the cut-off in the link below.
Hello student
Well your score in JEE MAINS 2022 is 51.61 %ile which is quite low score to get admission to any NIT or IIITs. You can still try other private colleges but you have to pay a lot of fees which is not a good idea. You can rather prepare for other engineering exam to get a better college and a better branch to study B.Tech .
I'll suggest you to prepare for exams like JEE MAINS session 2 and score better to get a good government college.
However you can use this college predictor link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=clevertap&utm_medium=clevertap-sticky&utm_campaign=jee-main-qna-web-wap
GOOD LUCK.
Hello Sujan
The range of marks in the SRMJEEE cutoff 2022 will be used to determine if SRM University will give B. Tech admissions. On July 9, SRMIST made the SRMJEEE phase 3 result available online. On April 30, the phase 2 SRMJEEE results were published on the official website.
For past year cutoff, please refer:

Dear Aspirant,
Both the universities are good universities for pursuing an Engineering degree. However, in terms of fees, SRM will cost you 2.80 Lakh for 4 years where as Manipal University will charge 16.26 Lakh for 4 years. It is evident that in terms of fees, SRM will be a better choice. However, both universities are reputed and have good placements so you can always opt for educational loans if you are inclined towards Manipal. The final decision rests in your hands. Best of luck!
Dear Aspirant,
Your question is incomplete. Please mention the college you’re talking about.
Hey!
Firstly, Both SRM and KIIT are Deemed universities. So if you are getting both the colleges then congratulations.
Now, both the colleges are reputed colleges and are considered as top colleges after your Iits and Nits.
Though, KIIT is a bit underrated and I dont know why so. Infact I think that Academically as well as faculties also are better than SRM. Curriculum of KIIT is updated in comparison with SRMs curriculum.
Campus of SRM is slightly better than that of KIIT. And Placements record of both the colleges are excellent. KIIT has improved alot in placements and around 85-90% students are getting placed. Same goes with SRM.
If you are getting into CS or IT then there is good scope of getting placed in a good company. If you are hard working and ambitious then that's all you need to get a Good company with average or highest package which is likely to rise upto 20-22 lacs p.a.
Placement cells are of great help. They will prepare you for interview. And they will Also provide internships.
Both the colleges have almost equal status. I still prefer KIIT over SRM. but it's totally upto you. Your hard work and dedication towards your goals is of utmost importance. Good Academic performance is what you need to lead a successful life. So, both the colleges are good and both have their pros and cons but if you are willing to concentrate on your life goals and ambitions then nothing can stop you from moving forward.
All the best!
Hello dear,
I believe that CSE in the KTR campus is superior to CSE on the Ramapuram campus. Better ratings, evaluations, and placements for the CSE programme can be found at KTR Campus. Compared to Ramapuram campus, KTR campus has better infrastructure and a larger campus overall. The KTR campus has decent dorm amenities, and the dining hall food is also top-notch. So you might think about going for it.
