As you have mentioned that you have secured 34134 rank in SRM. Yes, you can get CSE in other campus colleges of SRM in Chennai such as ramapura, vadapalani and Delhi NCR modinagar campus. However its difficult for the main campus Kattankulathur as the cutoff rank closes around 20000
