See both the colleges are good and they have their own uniqueness. But if you've to choose one among two, and as per my personal choice, I'll recommend you to prefer SRM over VIT. Reason - both have got almost same placement and internship opportunities as almost same companies come here. But VIT mess food and hostel life is not so well known as it doesn't has a good infrastructure. So you can choose SRM Iver VIT. Also the teaching faculty and facilities can be considered almost same in both these colleges.

The fees for btech chemical engineering in SRM UNIVERSITY will be 2.53 lakhs per annum.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology has announced the new exam dates of SRMJEEE 2020. The exam will now be conducted from July 30 to August 4. Last date to fill online application form of SRMJEEE 2020 is July 15. As it is an online test you can use both mobile or a computer, but using a computer is more recommended. see tancet cutoff score is depends on your actual score, however at this score you have less chances for ssn college or srm university even for your category, however you have chances in below mention colleges,

SRM University, Chennai has fees of Rs 10 lakhs for the 4 years course for btech programme. Having said this, fees might vary a little from year to year. MBA fees is 6 lakhs for 2 years. MTech fees is 3,20,000 for 2 years. All this fees are for general category.

See every colleges has its own advantages and disadvantages, it's own uniqueness, and it's own pros and cons and the reviews will differ from people to people. If I were at your place, giving my personal review I would've chosen SRM University for btech over all the other colleges. The reason for this being, even though infrastructure and curriculum wise Presidency University or LPU might be better, but SRM has got some great placement and some great companies offer jobs here in this college for campus placements. The teaching staff is also good and cooperative.
