I believe your question is which SRM Campus is the best one amongst the others.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur in Chennai is the main campus of SRM. It is the largest SRM campus with around 240 acres amongst the others like the Ramapuram Campus, Vadapalani Campus, Amravathi Campus and NCR.

Although Ramapuram Campus is generally considered to be more strict towards studies and focused more on education, SRM Main Campus is the one I would suggest you to take up. There are a ton of opprtunties you can take up no matter what your skills are. There are a variety of clubs, fests you can take part in which is definitely a plus.

The placements are really good as well which has atleast 400 recruiters offering the students jobs every year including top companies like Google, Microsoft, Udaan, Amazon, Deloitte etc.

By end of the 7th semester,
Most of the students wanting a job, are taken away by IT companies like TCS for a package of 3.75 lacs pa. A few get into companies like deloitte for a package of approx. 5 lacs pa, a few into some mediocre biotech or biotech related / pharma related companies for a package of 34 lacs pa.
In SRM
There are a few biotech/pharma companies that will come and hire, but the jobs are usually marketing related and the salary packages (around 23 lakhs/annum) are lower than even mass recruiting IT companies. A Bachelors degree is not sufficient to get a high-paying job in Biotech companies.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering course at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai is as follows:-

• Passed or appearing in 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects from a recognized board and Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM.
• GCE A-level or IB certificate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects in any International schools within India.

Coming to your question , Yes, you can join SRM college even if they cancelled the SRMJEE exam .

Don't worry about your bipc subject , you will get a good BTech course related to your bipc background if your name comes in their merit list.

Now, as per the latest update, VITEEE and SRM entrance exams are cancelled. The admissions to both the institutions will be based on the CBSE board % marks. Till now, there has not been such situation earlier. So, it is not easy to guess the admission chances on the basis of marks scored. But you may assume that with 85.45 % marks, you have sufficient chances of getting admission into any of these institutions.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur is the main campus located in Chennai amongst the other SRM branches which is also the largest campus with around 240 acres.

Apart from the wonderful infrastructure, ECE is also pretty good in SRM, the placements are just as good as the ones that appear for CSE or IT courses.

The best thing about the college other than studies is the fact that there are a lot of opportunities for students. There are a variety of clubs and you'll definitely have a place to explore your skills in any field.

The last date to fill the class 12 marks/ JEE Main for VIT is not yet notified. As of now you can fill class 12 marks or JEE Main January 2020 score. There is no information if students are given chance to get admission based on JEE Main September session. You can enquire through an email ugadmission@vit.ac.in or call 1800-102-0536  or you may contact through whatsapp 9566656755 from Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm. They might help you with your query.

Also the last date to fill SRM application is not yet announced. But it has informed that academic classes for freshers will commence in September 2020 through online or offline or combination of both as per government guidelines. According to this there will not be any provisions given for students to get admission based on JEE Main September 2020 score.
