Congratulations on your achievement but I am sorry to inform you that SRM University doesn't accept marks of any exam except SRMJEE based on which the counselling takes place and you get your desired branch. So,if you still want admission you have to go for management quota,where fees will be much higher.

Yes SRM UNIVERSITY conducts 2nd round of counselling but only if any seats remains vaccant during the 1st round of counselling.It generally conducts 2nd round of counselling in online mode.

Hello MohithSai, SRM Universtity is one of the top private engineering college with good infrastrucutre and good placements. SRM Amaravathi is founded in 2017. So still final year batch yet to come to appear for the placements. Generally, SRM University Potheri Chennai campus is preferable for engineering. It is having good infrastructure and good number of placements. The placements will depend upon on the stream you choose. I hope your doubt is cleared.

I would suggest you to give MAT a shot again because at this percentile you can get a college but it will not be according to your expectations.As, most of the colleges accepting MAT scores set there cut off at 85+ percentile.

Also, you can give other exams as well by preparing better this time.

yes with your percentile you can certainly get admission in both institutes, now it depends upon you which one do you want.

you should keep in mind the following things while decidng your college:-

• fees
• distance from your house(if you dont want a pg or hostel)
• naac ratings of the college
• placement ratio
• student teacher relation(ask people studying in those college)

SRM takes a total of Rs.250,000 as tuition fee if you get admission in KTR Campus, for Ramapuram its 20,0000, for VDP campus its around 180000, and for NCR it gets a total of 175,000.

No, In order to get admission at SRM University you must have to attend SRMJEE exam. They don't consider other exams.

Being a University which does not disclose their marks, I don't expect much from SRM.

Coming to JAYPEE,it is quite a better college,as far as what I learned about it from my friends and reading reviews from its site.But the enterence exam is quite tough and at the same time they consider Jee mains marks.
