Yes. At a rank of 9610, you have a pretty good chance of getting courses like CSE, ECE, EE, ME, CIVIL etc at Amravati Campus. For B-Tech, the fee structure is 2.5 lakhs per annum, excluding the hostel and mess and other additional charges.

However, not everyone is allowed to sit for every company. They usually have a cutoff which considers CGPA, Class 10th and Class 12th marks. Every company has a different cutoff, but the standard cutoff for big companies is CGPA 8.0–9.0+ and 70-80%+ in class 10th and class 12th. However, having the cutoff credentials are not enough to get placed. One needs to have decent programming and technical skills as well.

The standard layout for an interview for a good company is:

1.Online programming round: Mostly ad-hoc problems, largely based on the basics: Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, basic DP and Greedy Algorithms.

2.Technical Round(s): Some companies have two to three technical rounds to avoid false positives. Usually we are asked intermediate DP problems or basic Graph Theory along with puzzles from Technical subjects like OS/DBMS/Networks.
3.HR Rounds(s): They'll assess body languages, communication skills and test whether they'll like to have you on their team. Some companies won't even have an HR Round while some will have 2-3 HR Rounds(Again, depends on the exact job profile).

If you're pragmatic and study properly, placements won't be difficult at all.

With rank of 32,674 in SRMJEEE 2019, you can have all the branches in Category B in the SRM main campus which would cost you around 3.6 lakh per annum (hostel fees additional) while the tuition fees in Category A is 2.15 lakh. You can have EC and CS in Category A in Vadapalani, NCR, Haryana Campus.

If you have secured a rank of 52,000 in SRMJEE, getting a seat in the main campus is difficult. You may get lower branches. At the same time, you can also try for other campuses or go for seats through management quota.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology will be releasing the cutoff of SRMJEEE 2019. The minimum ranks which the canidates are requested to secure to have higher chances of admission constitute the cutoff of SRMJEEE 2019. While preparing the cutoff, the authorities will be taking many factors related to SRMJEEE such as previous year cutoff trends, level of difficulty, etc into consideration.

Going by last year trends for the SRM Main Campus, the closing rank for Computer Science Engineering is 10000. Seeing your rank, I'd say your chances are difficult.
