First of all congratulations on getting such a great rank. Now to answer your question Yes, you have a really high chance of getting CSE on the main campus itself as the closing rank for last year in the main campus was somewhere around 10k.

With this rank, you can basically get any campus and most probably any stream you like as well.

The branches are civil, chemical, software engg, electrical & electronics , electronic & communication, mechanical, mechatronics, biomedical, nanotechnology engg, etc .
