As your son has got rank 46,343 it is difficult to get CSE branch with specialisation in data science also there are decent chances of getting seat in CSE branch in srm ramapuram.

As per your rank in SEK JEE 2019 you have good chance to get some of the branches in chennai campus. You have chance to get aerospace, chemical, automobile, biomedical, civil, genetic engineering for sure and may have probable chance to get electrical & electronics and software engineering branches. As you have got rank 13,530 you will easily get admission in SRM University in main campus. Also you can get CSE branch in main campus as well as any other branch in main campus. You  can get  cse branch in main campus with specialisation in IOT, AI, CLOUD computing etc.
