You will get admission in any branch of SRM campus but I’d recommend that you go for Kattankulathur campus. The counselling will begin from 3rd May 2019 and the fee structure will depend upon the branch that you’ll be opting for. They provide a 25% scholarship for students who score rank 20001-3000 but your rank is 3500 so you’ll not receive any concession. Your fees can vary between 3,75,000 to 2,50,000 depending on the branch and campus you opt for.

SRM university is considered as one of the top colleges that provide course in genetic engineering. The selection occurs by SRMJEE.

So you have to attend SRMJEE and weightage is given in order entrance, eligibility. A merit list is made and one who comes first on the list the more priority. So selection depends on your marks and how others stand.

Hi Hanwith!!! I am sorry to inform you that even if you qualify SRMJEE and get your desired branch in counselling you'll not be eligible to join SRM University if you don't score 60% in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics combined and still if you want admission you'll have to get admitted in management quota which costs much higher.

Once results announced according to your score in srm jee (rank) and your intermediate or12class score they will give you the branch wise cutoff list.

If you are going for a management seat then you can go now also without any marks. It is toooo expensive

The cut off for the previous years are around 10,000 to secure a CSE seat in main campus. The expected marks which you need to score for the desired rank is in the range of 170-199.
