i am sorry to say its not possible to join for the 4th year in SRM or in any of the university i would suggest you to look for an alternative

BA LlB course is generally 3years duration . 

However if you jave taken drop yiu need toclear backlogs and only then you will be able to rejoin. Incase you jave discontinued for long  you need to check with collegr authorities as how the process will work because you need to start allover again from first year.

So recinfirm with collegr authorities as the protocol will vary for all colleges.

The admission criteria for BBA at SRM University is,

• Candidates will be called for counseling based on the fulfilling requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates can choose their program in a particular campus
• fulfilling the eligibility criteria and subject to the availability of seats at that point of time.
• Upon selection of programme,  tuition fees and other applicable fees have to be paid at the time of counseling
• Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) will be issued to confirm the candidate's admission
