You can easily get Computer science and engineering in your preferred SRM Campus. In the previous year, the Most popular branch was CSE and cutoff rank was Rank 10,000 for Chennai Campus. You have achieved good rank so can get easily B.tech in CSE.

Use SRMJEE college predictor

You can attend for councelling ,not sure about the branch . MECHATRONICS is good and rare branch. 90% you will be getting your branch  it is good in SRM .

Hey you can get KIIT for fee Compensation as scholarship not for srm

With 14000 rank in SRM you won't be eligible for a merit seat in the main branch. But if you are really keen on joining SRM then probably you should try joining through the management quota.
