Manipal & SRM both are the best colleges but considering all the things like faculties, placements etc. As per the reviews given by students SRM main campus comes first the you can consider Manipal.

College Infrastructure
SRM Institute of Science and Technology has a well-developed campus with modern infrastructure and facilities that support both academic learning and extracurricular activities. The campus is spacious, with well-maintained academic blocks, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and common areas. The classrooms are generally equipped with projectors and other teaching aids that make learning more interactive and effective.

College Infrastructure
In general it's good. There are a lot of old buildings but they are improving a lot. Most of the labs have necessary equipments but there are old equipments as well. We have good spacious and smart classrooms. We do have a good library. Hygiene wise the food is fine and the living spaces are also good.
It was very good for learning and career achievements.

College Infrastructure
In our campus layout is very spacious and offers a solid environment for learning. Our classrooms are along with projector screens and comfortable seating arrangements. Computer laboratories are very good for learning .
