which is better for CSE ....SRM or PICT Pune? PICT have tie up with foreign universities?

Both are the good colleges but as per the reviews given by students & popularity of SRM for qualified faculties & decent placement, it is the best option for C.S branch. For its genuine reviews you can go through with below given link.

Yes, it has the tie up with foreign university but this reason is not enough to take admission. Qualified faculty, Wonderful placement of any college matters more to get admission accordingly I suggest you with the students reviews. Now it depends on you.
