As per your query  I would glad to tell you that IIT palakkad is very better option than IIT dharwad due to its high nirf ranking ,good infrastructure , well experienced faculties and highly enthusiastic students which throws impacts on coding culture . Moroever placement scenario is also very good , average package goes around 11 lakhs and highest went upto 31 lakhs

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that in the above mentioned colleges IIT dhanbad is any time better college because I always say choose college over branch as in last every students needs placement and students of all branches get equal opportunities . Placement scenario of IIT dhanbad is awesome , average package goes around 10 lakhs and highest went upto 42 lakhs

No you can't get admission in SRM University on the basis of ap eapcet.

Admissions are on the basis of entrance examination, namely - SRMJEEE(UG), JEE Main, SAT. Candidates are also required to fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria for admission.

For btech admissions the eligibility criteria is  10+2 in Science Stream with minimum 60% marks.

Of course CBIT and SRM are one of most famous colleges for academics. I more like to suggest you to go in SRM because there will be lot of scope and outstanding future. In CBIT also you'll have wide range of oppurtunities. But precisely I would like to suggest you SRM If you want to go for ECE you can opt CBIT . ECE has also has best career opportunities in future. But, VIT and SRM are private universities check the fees before taking an admission into it.
