In my opinion, both are good but you can prefer LMNIIT between two as LMNIIT has better coding environment which leads in CS and IT sector. Well SRM is better according to reputation and brand publicity. But LNMIT has a better academic atmosphere which is comparable to good NIT's. If you are serious regarding your studies than LNMIT is better. Placement wise SRM leads LNMIT due to it's brand name.

The student does not have the right to use a mobile phone in a college or school. Most engineering colleges ban usage of mobile phones inside their academic premises. It is a rule to be followed by all students in the campus. Use of cell phones within the campus is prohibited. No student is allowed to create disturbance in any manner whatsoever inside the examination hall during the examination sessions.

For any emergencies you can always use the college office phones with required permission.

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biotechnology is two years full-time postgraduate program and it is offered by SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.

It is 2 year full time degree course.

The eligibility criteria is that A candidate must have passed the B.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Sc. Biology / B.Sc. Microbiology / B.Sc. Biochemistry /B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Physics / B.Sc. Botany / B.Sc. Zoology / B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech. Biotech / MBBS / BDS / BVSC / Genetics / any UG course with Biotechnology as one of the subjects/Triple major subjects and B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) with Minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university.

Admission is done based on fulfilling the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination.

The total fees is around 2lakh

Dear candidate if you are satisfied with the branch and college of your choice then you can freeze it otherwise if you are satisfied with the college but not with the branch then you must slide to get more higher branch. Also if you are not satisfied with the college and also branch then you can select float to get more better colleges in the further round but still while floating this seat will be with you until you get other top college in your preference order in next further rounds of counselling.

NO, there is no entrance exam required for Bsc biotechnology in SRM chennai.

But there is a certain eligibility structure which needs to be matched.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with biology as mandatory.
& physics, chemistry, Mathematics, Computer science.
with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

The students can register online & the admission is done by counselling based on 10+2 marks.
