SRMIST will release the SRMJEEE 2021 cutoff online on the official website - srmist.edu.in. SRMJEEE cutoff 2021 shall contain the range of marks within which B.Tech admissions shall be offered at SRM University.

FIrstly , I would like to advise you that at the time of counselling in mtech ,their is no need to show your original degree as they already know that college doesnt provide degree so fast so they dont ask for it . At the time of counselling ,you need to show PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE which shows your passing from anna university and migration certifcate(from anna university) . After completion of last semester exams, try to get these certificates asap

As the craze and demand of the CSE branch is on the next level just because of the future scope of this particular field and also this has become a very important reason that now there are a lot of new Sub-branch has been introduced in Engineering and which has been originated from CSE branch only. So the above mentioned branch ie, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is also one of the SUB-branch of it and also it has been getting a quite good attention from the students. The rank which you jave scored is great and also the SRM University is good for pursuing higher studies due to their great infrastructure as well as remarkable records now there are 2 to 3 campus in Chennai so definitely you can try in them and also your rank show that you have a very high chance of getting the seat also the main issue which can arise only for Main Campus in Chennai other than you have a good chance and you should definitely try.

If you are getting both then I will suggest you to go with the SRMAP over KLU due to many reasons.

1. Campus - campus life in SRMAP is amazing, the environment is too good in this college you will find high-class infrastructure with hi-fi and wi-fi facilities.

2. Faculty - Experienced faculty you will find in SRMAP and everyone have their PHD degree, they are well esteemed from IIT's, NIT's and many to colleges.

SRM consider entrance marks according to the counselling round like for the first round of counselling they will consider the marks of phase 1 similarly for the 2nd round of counselling they ask you to submit the marks/rank of your phase 2 examinations. same this happen with phase 3 also, phase 2 counselling is still running you can take part in that counselling according to the marks of your phase 2.

Yes, you can participate in round 2 of counselling if you haven't participated in round 1. The window for choice filling for round 2 will start from July 15, 2021 and ends on July 16, 2021. You can login in the candidate portal to give your preferences for campus and branch. In case if you are allotted a seat in any campus/branch and if you wish to get admission by accepting the seat you need to pay the requisite admission fee in between July 19, 2021 and July 22, 2021. The seat allotment for round 2 will be released on July 18, 2021.

According to the data of previous year result, you need to come under the rank of 30k for the safe side. As your rank is 26K then there is a high chance that you will get Mechanical easily in the main campus of SRM without any struggling.
