Information technology (IT) is the process of creating, analyzing, storing, protecting, and exchanging all types of electronic data through the use of computers, storage, networking, and other physical hardware, software, infrastructure, and procedures. Traditionally, IT is deployed in the context of corporate operations, as opposed to technology deployed for personal or recreational purposes. Computers and telecommunications technology are both included in the business usage of IT.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science or Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST) taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
