Our college offers a balanced blend of academics and practical learning. Experienced faculty, case studies, live projects, presentations, and labs interaction help students build strong forensic knowledge.

Our college helped me grow with practical learning, supportive faculty, industry exposure, and placement support. It gave me the confidence and skills to start my forensic career, they are trying best for the students to give placement in their subjects.

The overall campus of Burdwan university is genuinely good. The basic eligibility of admission in our university for MA English is 60% of UG. Classrooms are well decorated, good furnished library and a large playground was in our campus.

I passed MA English from the Burdwan University in 1999. The faculty members were very knowledgeable and helpful. Course curriculum is quiet tough in our time. One professor helped us for literature and another one helped us grammar & vocabulary.

Placement after MA English from Burdwan University I got a job as a para teacher in primary school. In our batch almost 60-70% got job after completion English MA. Placement is so overall good in our time.

Worth it

Well furnished classrooms along with quality benches and fans. Library is equipped with various informative and subject oriented reference books. Library is equipped with air conditioner. A decently large playground is also there.

The faculties are very muck knowledgeable and well qualified. Faculties are friendly, kind, helpful and don't discriminate amount the people. Proper subject based knowledge is provided along with handouts, notes and class tests.

Placement scenario in our college at that time was a bit decent. You have to work really hard to get good opportunities in placement. Though more than 50 percent students in our batch were unplaced. For better placement opportunities you must pursue masters.

Low fees high outcome

Good campus life. You can pursue sports as well as other hobbies like singing dancing painting etc.

Selection criteria must be stringent from now onwards. Focus on sports and other co curricular activities also. Focus on all round development of the students. Bring more educated faculties and increase the variation of books in libraries. Install more fans or ac in the classrooms if possible. Improve the scenario of other sports also. Take frequent class tests and conduct classes related to placement issues and how to perform well in it. Try to install smart board in the classrooms if possible

College infrastructure was too good, everything was well, buildings and classrooms were all organized well. Good auditorium, good space for gardening , good space for planting trees, space for playground

Good faculty members for teaching, teachers were good, they supported us for assignment, projects, labs , microbiology labs were there which helped us for studying, and checking for study, library is there for helping.

Placement structure is good, till now many of them got nice placement from our Ug college, many students are in good places now, nice companies are coming, placement structure is getting better day by day.

Yes value for money, as in burdwan, it is the best college.

Campus is very neat and clean, greeny environment.

Our college is a reputed institution known for academic excellences, disciplined, skilled faculty and good campus and helps every students with knowledge and cultural activities, classrooms were great

The college was good as I was in st Xavier's College Burdwan, under burdwan university it was, academic structure was good, exams and assignments was on time, got knowledge about various biotech things.

Placement structure is also good, day by day it is getting better, for me it was good , many students got nice placements from our college. Placement commitee was very much supportive, caring for students.

Yes it is, value for money, nice campus, nice environment, and for money it is the best college for me.

Campus life was too good, it was the best college for me, we can roam around the campus very much freely, as campus environment was good. There was basketball ground, table tennis, carrom and a big playground to play .

For me this college was my second home, teachers were supporting, always helped us in every situation. Loved that time very much.

Burdwan university is a very good state university with a wide variety of subjects study there and many degree courses are available. The overall university building of golapbag campus is very good and each department have there sufficient separate building. But the departments at the rajbati campus are not well developed and have no such h infrastructure and my dept is one of them

Since the department is new it have no teaching faculty of its own and have a little la which is not sufficient for the course. Teachers of other departments take classes and lab works are done in labs of other departments. But the teachers are very good and taught the lessons very good that are helpful for the students.

University have a very good placements for most of the departments and the new departments are also trying there best for having campusing in different industrial fields. But proper placements is not available for this department so far

The cost of the other courses are generally ok for every family but the applied courses including these course have certainly high. But concession us also available so one can run the courses with certain financial difficulties for needy.

Campus of the university is very big, and full of greennaries. There is a little pond in the middle of the campus and central library is also present . The teachers and students of the university together maintain a friendly relation with each other.

Though the university is very good but many developement and maintenance needed especially for the new departments at rajbati

Labs and Classrooms are well-equipped and clean. It includes Central Library and personal Departmental Library only for physics ( same as other).It has both departmental and central canteens, provides free Wi-Fi across the whole campus.

Academics in physics are strong. The department of physics is supported by highly experienced faculty members. I particularly appreciate AR Sir for his teaching of Statistical Mechanics and Python programming and AC sir for his exceptional clarity and depth in Atomic and Molecular Physics.

I do not have insights into other department, however for physics, students are generally required to qualify examinations like CSIR-NET and GATE to pursue higher academic research or to secure positions in the public sector related to physics.

It is undoubtedly great value for money to obtain a master's degree in physics.

Two unforgettable years after finishing my school.

Burdwan University is situated in an old building. There are facilities to use the stairs to go upside. There are drinking water taps and proper clean washrooms. The classrooms have the smart boards but most of the classes are going on the White Board. Everywhere there are security guards.

The students of Burdwan University are really attracted to the teaching technique of the professors. The professors are very friendly and helpful. The syllabus will be covered previously by the university professors.

The students of Burdwan University are satisfied with the placement. There are some faults of the University which should be noticed by the authority. In conclusion, the university provides the job to the merit students.

Big college with good infrastructure along with broad corridors, large classrooms. Besides, it also accommodates with big library and old buildings. Well-maintained labs with good faculties. The campus is fully covered by CCTV cameras.

Bardhhaman college offers wide range of courses according to our career options. The professors teachs with activities, games. Practical are more actively done for better understanding and experiences.

Bardhhaman University is not able to provide sufficient jobs to the students. The University claims that they are looking forward to this matter. Local companies like Great Eastern, Bazaar Kolkata, hires interns .

College infrastructure is really good and has all the necessary equipments, libraries present. The laboratories are clean, hygienic and well maintained. The classrooms are also well maintained and the canteen serves hygienic food.

I studied bachelor's in Environmental Science here. The curriculum was updated enough so that it was easier for me to study for my master's exam. The practical curriculum was really interesting and we had a lot of hands on experience.

There are no placements here in any science subjects, or any subjects per se which I think should not be the case anymore. The college needs to think about placements or atleast placement oriented courses.

My course costed around ten thousand rupees per year, and I would say the money was worth it, except for the fact there was no placement or no guidance as in where to apply next, not for masters, but the companies.

My experience in this college was good as I got a lot of friends and great teachers that were largely helpful. We had a lot of fun both inside and outside the campus. The teachers also guided us throughout our three years course.
