According to the rank you  have provided it seems to be that it is difficult to obtain a seat in DU under EWS category with this rank. As you know that the total number of seats available through EWS category is less and according to the merit list

Hi shreyanshi, for calculating best of four you consider top score of the four subjects among the subjects you have... If you consider going for du jat you too four must consider inclusion of English and maths. .so your best of four will be.  84+54+90+100=348/400 ie roughly 87%..

As your category wise rank in dujat exam is 366 you can expect to get college in du for your preferred field like bms/bba/bbe.

The college you will get depend upon your courses like if you want to do bms you can go for Sukhdev College of Business

Sorry to tell you that there is no freshers party for non collegiate students at Delhi University. Although every year the regular college students are having their freshers party given by their seniors but no freshers party for non collegiate students.

Yes , DU NCWEB colleges also therow freshers parties like DU regular colleges  .due to some unavoidable circumstances The freshers party make get cancelled in some cases only. But there is no rule as such that DU NCWEB students do not have freshers*' parties. They also have parties.

A fresher's party is organised by the college institute or sometimes by the seniors itself.if you don't belong to any college, there can't be any fest arranged officially for you by any institute.
