Can I change my collage in 7th cut off.

Hello aspirant!

according to the rules and regulations provided by the University of Delhi, for the admissions of undergraduate courses you can surely transfer your seat from one college to another college till August 16 2019 so if you have got admission in Swami shraddhanand college and you are eligible for any other better college then you can for sure transfer your seat. All you need to do is that to  withdraw your documents from Swami shraddhanand college and cancel your admission process there and you can apply for fresh admission in the other college where you are eligible.
