However you did not provided any comparison status, in that case compare it with top university and top rankings such as nirf and others.

If you want to any job than you must be secured 60% +  so 66% is good score.

Hey dear, lucknow university and BHU are both govt. Universities and are topnotch institution for all the courses. Since you asked for B.com, than i would suggest you to go for Banaras hindu university as it has better faculty than lucknow university  from all over the world and the brand
