Hey dear, lucknow university and BHU are both govt. Universities and are topnotch institution for all the courses. Since you asked for B.com, than i would suggest you to go for Banaras hindu university as it has better faculty than lucknow university  from all over the world and the brand

Maths is not compulsory for BA hons. Program. The basic Eligibility criteria for the admission in BA Economics Hons is : 10+2 with 40% marks (33% for reserved categories) from a recognized board
